Mark after re inspecting the doors after putting them back on I have to agree thst the tolerances are too low and too much precision and care is required for putting the doors back on. I'll jist gladly drive top down.

Ford tells you not to put the Velcro straps around the weather stripping but instead wrap it around the metal frame. To keep the weather stripping from becoming deformed.

GUYS any idea what REV SPECS mean on status tape for a Maverick order? Its scheduled to be bilt in July ... but no one knows what Rev Specs mean at the dealership.

I believe it's revise specifications or revised specifications. You already have a build date so nothing needs to be revised and now I wonder if you will get a Maverick that has revisions (changes to order). Please try and use your VIN to pull a window sticker (msrp sheet) and report back in a new comment so thst your at the top. This a great question so lets figure it out together. Thank you

That is a great question. My installer pointed out that he currently is not using 3M and that he had another supplier but he did not seem open to sharing that with me. I will need to try and twist his arm a little more next time I bump into him
