you touched on the main thing ive found. work....if on a dirt rd can you make it out during the rainy season? my neighbors packing it in because he cant get out to his job for like 2 months outta the year due to monsoons and only having a lil toyota suv. plus jobs, if you move out to the stix in a sparsley populated county how many jobs are there?will you b fighting the locals for a low pay gas station or fast food job cause yer desperate?
