I am thinking about going to online school in 12th grade because I been dealing with my mental health and physical health, some of my school staffs didnt understand it and other issues with being in public school so I decide to switch to online schooling for my next school year which is my final year. But I am really do work well in online schooling since I did it in my half of my 8th grade and freshman year and it's went well, especially working home is benefical for me to work on my healthy and have more flexible to be involved into online school events/activites or clubs that I might join in.

@@melodykawaii4985 My rant about online school experience I am in of honor society, Nanowrimo, the young writer workshop, and the writer workout. I have a 3.37 GPA out of a 4.00 GPA, 22.50 credits out of 24.00 credits, and a top 3 in my class rank. My mental health and physical health issues result me dropping out of high school when I did a gap year to focus on my health before I finished my senior year to make the transition more simple. I am going to finish high school this year and head to post-secondary school right after I finish high school. I applying for dozens of scholarships and financial aid, I will be applied around 15 types of different scholarships plus financial aid and apply for the SAT/ACT exam with special accommodations and a fee waiver including two college applications. I am in an online private high school. Before you ask any questions, I have been held back twice in middle school and elementary school due to my disabilty and behavior at school results in them to hold me back and I took a gap year right after I finished 11th grade and before I headed to my senior year so I took a gap year. I did online schooling in my freshman year and half of my 8th-grade year in second semester but then went back to public school in my 10th grade and 11th grade, now I am finishing high school online as my senior year.

thank you SO Much! Ive been thinking over this last year of doing online school for my last two years of highschool, and this helped me confirm my decision in that. Im surrounded by the most toxic people at my school, even though im at a lutheran school, and I think this is perfect to just reset my mind and mental health thats been impacted so much by these friends. Im also dealing with a lot of medical issues and teachers that simply can never seem to understand or have any empathy. My plan is to do online school and be able to travel to pursue my passion for surfing! Thank you so much for sharing this, I appreciate the transparency and honesty about the true experience of this :)

I'm waiting to hear whether or not I've got into the online school I've applied to. I struggle with a lot of physical issues one of them is connective tissue disorder so I have missed a lot of school because of horrible joint pain I'm praying so much I get in.

I'm in 10th grade and I have very bad mental health, my anxiety is so bad it is affecting my whole life especially my schooling I have really bad grades because of it and I really want to do online schooling but my mom disapproves of my idea l, but now it's either I fail 10th grade or I do online school and my mom rather i fail then do online school. I showed her this video in hopes it would open her mind about the idea but she again said no I really hope she sees that this could be a good operatunity for me and that it would help me tremendously. I stress really bad and get sick very easily when I’m around people, and school, especially in person stresses me out. Only thing I’m worried about is feeling lonely and not spending much time with my best friends. And this is stupid to worry about but even in the future like getting a boyfriend or anything like that. So the only thing I’m worried about is my social life.

Today was my first day of school and I brung up the idea to my parents they were telling me it would take weeks to get in one but I don’t think I can take wait that long. SAT/ACT scores weren’t required for my year in order to apply for college, so I chose not the take them. Finals are 40-50 question tests with a mix of multiple choice and short answer. They are done on honor not to cheat

Unfortunately they do not. You can take classes through Liberty College by duel enrollment. I took an English class last semester and it was a great experience!
