My dentist used to get his parking lot sealcoated with a Coal Tar based seal coat. It's interesting to note that Saccharine was discovered by accident. Its inventor was working with coal tar & it somehow crystallized. He forgot to wash his hands after work & licked his fingers & noticed they tasted sweet. Artificial sweetener was born.

The seal coat provider by me only sells brooms you can push, cannot drag. I see you going in both directions. What type of broom do you use?
