Problem is that most people are toxic. It's not a "me" problem, it's a "why should I" problem

This seems like a low self-esteem AND people pleasing topic. Both can go hand in hand.

Needs to be spoken of more. I overcame having low self esteem when I was a teenager by trying things, building something. I remember that I was really insecure and anxious about everything, and this is obviously because of the environment I grew up in, it was hellish and terrible. It took me 3 years to come back up from the lowest point of my life - I started a career and as a result this career taught me a lot of things, even going as far as to change my whole view on everything. I matured really fast when I realize and become secure of myself, not having to prove myself to anyone. Great topic to talk about, btw.
