When someone try to trigger my anger- i usually remind myself of einstein's quote: SMALL MIND TALK OF PEOPLE. AVERAGE MIND TALK OF EVENTS THAT OCCUR. "INTELLIGENT PEOPLE IGNORE".

I remember the last time, I had suffered a trauma-related headache after I am holding my anger. To avoid any of the bad eggs, I started learning mental fortitude . It wasn't easy from the start.

Is showing anger always a bad thing though? It can also be an expression of passion, emotion, show that you actually care and are human. I'm not referring to trivial things like stubbing your toe or being cut up in traffic.
