Sounds like a bug to me. Others have also complained on the same problem. Nothing to do there I think, set the manager at 200%, only thing. PS. You should also add game tables 😉

Hmm, good question! The answer is: If you use manager, it most likely will purchase new items here and there, meaning the money will go up and down, so honest answer: You cant. Lets say your manager buys a vehicle, that one cost 13k uk. Expensive! Then the economy drops insane, but once its sold its back up.
