Link to Breath-work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZnOxlp2PZspsn80 Bonus tip: if you can identify what got triggered, IE not trusting or feeling confident, then once you’re done with breathwork if you can affirm in, on a loop, a few beliefs that address the triggered doubt, for 5-10 minutes, then this will help you create the change even quicker. If you can’t identify it, no worries. The breathwork will help a lot and nightly affirmation tracks will too. If you feel comfortable enough to affirm in your end then do that as well.

Dear Daddy what if I dont check, but all the things that happened before checking happens to me these days, about my SP. I'm feeling good, and then boom my mind spiral. Sleeping with the affs didn't soothe me, because I can't sleep while listening to something.

I was randomly triggered last night bc I haven’t heard from my SP over a few days & my mind started to spiral. I tried to distract my mind by reading; that didn’t work. I ended up resorting to the breath work, although it did help tremendously I still felt that underlying feeling of anxiety. I listened to my go-to meditation tape & felt completely better. Then I took that moment to address the issue & did some physical self care (made some tea, took a long hot shower with my favorite body wash & spent some time talking to my friends). Then I kept persisting & boom my SP messaged me. I think it’s important here to address your feelings head on, give yourself grace & work through it so you can get to the desired state. My new phrase is “persist with grace.”

I dropped my SP completely atm. Just don't care anymore 🤷 Too many triggers too much anxiety. I NEED to focus on myself completely. ♥️

@@ThatArzzkGuy so far I think pretty good! I'm fully focused on myself and working on my self love. I do have faith that he will come in/contact when everything is in place. I have no anxiety or worries about it. Just an inner knowing and just being busy working on myself ☺️♥️

I have almost completely mastered this new way of being and it is so freeing. I used to be an obsessive checker and constantly needed external validation from everything. Now I effortlessly can soothe myself and have no desire for external validation because I can create and give myself all the validation I need from within. THANK YOU !

Trust me guys, I was spiralling whole 7 days. I always had a huge urge to check what he is doing. Even today also. In the afternoon, I was crying like hell what to do in my life? How I m gonna change my beliefs? I m just tired of affirming for SP. Finally, I decided to follow the breathwork, sleeping with night time affirmation & obviously remind me how powerful I m. Thank you Dylan, my Godfather to help me. I m truly grateful to you. I m getting myself back on the floor. I m getting myself back. I m getting myself Fucking BACK as a QUEEN!

I literally just had the urge to check and told myself no i’m not being that version of myself anymore. Sat down and did breath work and affirmed some statements in and shifted out of it. Then boom this video. Oh how I love it here😂😍

Oh my god, tarot is a big thing for me toooo. Thank you for this comment. I try not to watch at first but then end up looking for outside validation to confirm or make clear some SP situation I am anxious about. Some of the video titles seem so convincing so I click, trying to feel better. But to be honest it never really helped. I actually love my own tarot cards but reading while anxious is the incorrect way to use them...I'm going to be a lot more mindful from now on.

Hopefully this helps someone but, I’m the kind of person where if anyone (myself included) tells me that I shouldn’t do something, I get the urge to do it even more, so my trick is to just check and not assign any kind of moral value to it. Instead of ‘you checked = you’re insecure’ I started thinking of it like ‘you checked = you checked”. If you see checking as an inherently anxious or insecure behaviour, every time you check, you’ll reinforce to yourself that you’re an anxious and insecure person. But, if checking is just a behaviour you could engage in for a variety for reasons, sometimes you check just because you’re curious or even excited, and, in my case, I noticed that I started doing it a lot less because I no longer saw it an avenue to negatively reinforce myself. That said, it’s also good to just accept that if you’re checking because you’re anxious and insecure, then you’re anxious and insecure, and that’s okay. In general, I think accepting negative emotions and states as a natural part of the human experience and not as something representative of who you are as a person and how your life is and will be, helps with keeping them short and as an opportunity to show yourself empathy and kindness. In the same way vulnerability strengthens bonds between people, being vulnerable with yourself can be an excellent moment to strengthen your self-concept. I noticed that I only started manifesting things consistently the moment I accepted myself and my feeling state, *no matter what it was,* fully. For a lot of people, loving and accepting yourself only extends to the things you like about yourself and having a good self concept looks like always being confident, stable and secure. Ergo, if you have moments where you’re not confident, not stable, and really insecure, then you don’t have a good self concept because that’s not what people with good self-concepts experience. Insecure people have moments of confidence, and confident people have moments of insecurity, the sooner you accept yourself, the sooner you become a confident person with moments of insecurity and not the other way around. My most helpful advice is: instead of focusing on making sure you only manifest the things you want, focus on becoming the kind of person that can cope and deal with no matter what happens. It helps with the whole ‘does this manifestation business really work’ question. And affirm that you’re the kind of person where you always get what you want because it helps in a lot of tiny ways. And read Psycho-Cybernetics. Also, Dylan if you’re reading this: if you weren’t gay, I would definitely manifest you 🥺

Think this work can be approached from many angles. There’s Kobe Bryant vid where he says he makes a contract with himself that’s non negotiable. That when limiting beliefs came through he was like ‘nope. We’re not doing this today’. I’ve started this (basically a self concept contract) and it’s amazing. The version of me that would tolerate my own bullshit of limitation. Doesn’t mean I don’t allow it to come up though this new version doesn’t identify with them anymore. It’s quite powerful I have found.

@@eternalabundance39 I have also done shadow work which has helped me get to this point. I know there are people out there who ain’t for though it’s helped me tremendously and I’m a better person for it with or without my manifestation. Ultimately I feel this work is about creating the best version of you. That right there is the biggest win.

Hey, I have a success story. I just got offered a job. I used the law of assumption. I just kept saying that I already had the job. When I had interviews I just told myself they already liked me. Got the offer today. Going to start soon!!!

I noticed how I engage into stalking behaviour when I know that I won't get this certain SP or feel "not good enough". But when I used to feel good enough and sure that I'll get this person, I wouldn't be doing all this checking stuff, looking at their pictures etc. I wouldn't even bother or care. And the "reward" is that I try to convince myself that I can get that SP or just that high feeling thinking they're so cool etc.

I almost never comment on any sort of videos but this time I just can't keep silent. I came across Dylan's channel literally 4 or 5 days ago very randomly and I'm completely shocked right now of the results that I got!! I have a special who I had manifested into my life about three month ago, he treated me like queen, making lots of compliments, sharing intimate thoughts, calling and texting all the time. However, with time I started feeling insecure again. As a result, my sp stopped being respectful, could literally ignore my texts for days. That made me so sad and mad at the same time. Then I binged watched Dylan's videos and realized that my sp has been literally mirroring all of my insecurities and old beliefs. All I did is I let myself realize how exhausting my thoughts about sp are and I just said to myself that I'm not fucking satisfied with that version of my sp, I deserve to be treated like a queen, I deserve respect and validation!! I kept quiet and focused on work, started learning a new language called my friend etc. I felt so relieved cuz I finally let my negative energy go and stopped being mad at him almost like it's not business, I simply radiated love towards him and myself. I woke up this morning with five eight message and five missed calls from him, he APOLOGIZED for being cold and treating me poorly. I'm amazed by how fast the manifestation worked but I also feel like I'm finally finding peace with myself. It's done, everyone!!! Circumstances are nothing. Thank you, Dylan, for giving a wake-up call ❤❤❤

But don't we all do that, even with friends that we no longer have contact with? I know I do on FB. I'll think about them and check their FB or IG. I honestly don't even judge myself doing it bc I think it's normal. To say you'll never check puts alot of pressure on you. I say you're human and it's ok.

Its my first time writing a comment under Dylan’s video, just felt like sharing my story. Hope it will be helpful (since I read comments of other people and it helps me too). Ive been listening to Dylan’s videos for almost 6 months, he’s been a huge help to improve my self concept 🥺❤️ and since then I was offered a job of a managing director of local PR agency and I recently started to have a relationship. But I can be easily triggered by any circumstance so Im having hard time sustaining this relationship, since I feel like my bf is not that serious about me, as I would like him to be. He is not paying that much attention to me and I always find myself asking for attention and being sad. But by writing this comment I promise to myself and to you guys, that Im not going to be that version of myself anymore and I will make this relationship to be serious and be long term. Yes for sure!! That breathwork has been such a game changer for me. I can think logically hardly no triggers or even if I do get triggered I can handle it without reacting, it’s not intense. I just reinforce the new self concept if I’m triggered and do breathwork again, each time I do breathwork I feel so calm and relaxed like I just don’t give a shit about anything

When I was a kid I remember daydreaming about things I want all the time so easily and effortlessly and then it went down hill very quickly from dreaming to the opposite because I had bad experiences, lots of bad experiences and identified myself with those experiences as if they mean something about me, but it just occurred to me as you change your self concept to a positive self concept it’s like you’re back to your normal self just like how it was as a child with no distortions or weird perceptions about yourself just creating from pure awareness of what you want, how it’s meant to be, as my self concept is changing I find myself naturally daydreaming about stuff I want just because it feels good

Meditation - although it's a longer term thing - is really helpful. It helps one to be an observer instead of getting drawn into things automatically as much. Also walks for me which is what I ended up doing yesterday.

@@starofstars1 Just sit for 15 or 20 minutes a day, preferably in the morning, and focus on one thing. I currently focus on a sound, but in the past I've focused on my breathing as in my stomach rising and falling. And honestly, I don't do it very well. I don't worry about correct posture, although that's good if you can do it. For me it's more important to keep with it consistently as in every day.

I have so many big circumstances with my SP. Him being with another relationship with kids. Distance and health problems. I never want to give up on this thing that I really want. So I will keep holding on that circumstance no matter how big does NOT matter. And to you Dylan.. you are with me in this journey. @@Mbeepyd I cut my connection to my Sp, there are other toxic traits,. However, I can say that I am in a better place now. I no longer want him and I am totally fine though there is always a part of me saying we will meet again someday. Keep focusing on self ❤️

See a reading on your feed and/or thinking about the 3D in a negative way > search for a clitbaity title with your sun sign in it > you don't feel better or that you got answers > watch five more general readings > do something else simply cos there isn't any time left to watch more readings > rinse > repeat

Just got left by a girl I wanted to grow old with a week ago and this video came at such a convenient time lol, I have been living from the end most of my day just knowing my 3D will change to reflect us back together along with a fairly healthy mental-diet which I would say if I had to put numbers on it, 80-85% clean and I have just been focusing on dissolving the last few remaining doubts I have and literally before clicking this vid and seeing it, I was telling myself I have to stop checking to see if she unfollowed me or if she posted something like a creeper haha I know if I continue then she will unfollow and I understand I have to not even give meaning to that fear and work it out which I feel I will. But man this was a neat coincidence as I was telling myself doing this isn't serving me and in turn is a state I shouldn't be in so luckily I see this and work to get back to my regular dwelling state where I know it's coming because it's done internally it's just the checking which is new to me so thanks for the video and I'll find my way like I always do lol much love.

It’s so nice to hear that you’re very aware by all the actions so early on! You’ve got this - persist! I’ve been checking for so long now so I empathise, and it’s been harder to change that but nothing is impossible. It’s amazing how fast I’m now able to catch my triggers and stop myself from doing it now

OMG ...No Coincidence...I Decided to Not Check My Sp Social Media..The Universe is Forcing us Both to Focus on Ourselves. Since I Create My Reality..This Relationship has become "The Catalyst to Change"..So I Can Reflect What I Want ..More of a Rendezvous as oppose to a Loop or Deja Vu. I'm not having any issues with my SP but I feel very insecure about my manifesting ability in general. I misplaced my earrings and they're very valuable to me so I'm manifesting receiving them but I find myself checking for them in the 3D and doubting myself. This video really came at the best time. I'm going to keep persisting and doing my best to not give attention to any triggers or bad thoughts/feelings :)

Love your content so much! The mindset Talk you speak about is extememly important because sometimes people just simply fell out of confidence state. I am one of them. I also realize the childhood trauma contribute a lot to not feeling confident, not feeling worthy, not feeling loved etc, these feelings stayed in our body and cycling for years and years. I did a lot of wound healing and body grounding work to get my body and mind align... Once body and mind are more aligned, then it's so much easier to be confident and be able to "don't give a fxck" of the 3D reality. Thank you so much for your sharing. It helps so much! Love it!

I realise that I no longer do that anymore. Well it is a good thing my SP does not have social media except whatsapp. But I remember checking when it was his last seen in the past. These days when I happen to have that small urge, I just tell myself, "We don't do this anymore." =D Oh and I have been listening to Limitless Love affirmations every night.

I started watching Dylans videos in November. After a month of the teachings, my SP unblocked me on fb after being blocked for 9 months. I didn't reach out to him and pretended like I didn't notice and kept loving on myself. Yesterday I commented on a mutual friends fb post and my comment triggered him I guess even tho the comment wasn't to him or had anything to do with him and he blocked me again. I have to say I'm hurt and confused bc I was doing so good and have been so happy these past few months only to be back at square 1 now.

I would love to get someone's insight/advice on this: Basically, I have completely changed my self concept in love, and I LOVE it. I am getting any guy I want and they are madly falling in love with me and treating me like the queen I am. ❤️ Yay! Finally. The only thing I still haven't nailed is getting old lovers to come back to me. In the past, old lovers would leave me for a 3rd party. I thought I was on the right track to improve this because I've made a lot of progress with feeling like a queen and like I have no competition and no 3rd party bothers me. Internally, I feel like I have made a genuine shift from the self concept that another girl could outshine me, but the part I am stuck on is the self concept of old lovers actually coming back. Of them reaching out and telling me they miss me. Any advice on working on what I need to amp up here? I wonder if it's because I'm not clear on what I want. I want them to come running back but I don't want to actually take them back 😂

My sp blocked me on fb again even tho we were in no contact and past 3 days I don't care to log onto my fake account to see what he's doing. I tell myself he's paused when he's not in my life, so he's not doing anything. Like a paused video game character. Seems to be working pretty well.

Hi Dylan, I found your channel last year May. Only 10 days ago, I understand fully how to stop my negative thinking. Sometimes when I am triggered, I try my best to ignore it. It has been day 10 I am sleeping on self concept manifestation. One day, I will come back to you with my success story with my SP. I also wants to let you know, though I am doing this for my sp but other areas of my life has been improving. I can see so many good things are happening for my children and I. Hey Dylan, I know most of the teachers on KZbin make videos related to SP and I understand that the process is the same for anything that you want to manifest but could you please make videos on things like manifesting career, desired school/college, etc based off on your own success because there's very few videos guiding us through these things and I believe it is a part of self love and self concept. Also, I had the worst purge since I started the nightly tapes to the point I had to stop because I was at a very low point when nothing was going wrong before. I was stable for two months but my reality still finds more and more harsh things to trigger me. Could I please have some clarity about this?

Yo, Dylan, I really think ho'oponopono will help people struggling with trapped negative energy in their systems. So basically, you just say, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you, whenever you feel or think negatively. It's taking responsibility for our inner world which creates the outer and forgiving ourselves because the mind innocently has been trying to protect us from these negative emotions, but that just keeps it in, so this practice of self-love and self-forgiveness will help clear that energy out.
