It seems that the Nigerian Policing is headed in the right direction. Although it may have been some sort of joke (prank) ,what those two guys did, was no doubt criminal and they deserved to be fired.. In Canada, most cops wouldn't have any reason to commit Extorsion because the government makes sure the police forces have good living standards: moreover, the public have made some nasty deterrent's to this type of behavior. In short, they are lucky they weren't charged and locked up.
