Honestly this still doesn’t quite capture what Jordin brings to the stage with this song. Two hours of emotional build-up as Jenna pours out of her onstage in this song and I’ve never been in a crowd that audibly gasped and all mouthed “oh my god” the way they did when she reached the climax of this song. This woman's voice still sounds like liquid gold. I remember watching her on American Idol as a kid and so many people disliked her because she was heavier set. I also sing and was heavier growing up and I admired her so much. Glad to see she's doing amazing things. I got to see Shoshana Bean in this which was amazing but I imagine this was equally powerful.
