She felt is was the best way to honour Whitney and when asked why she built it she says " I didn't build this , Whitney did " Dolly truly is an icon , not just for her talent , but her kindness and positive spirit

Yes but the Grammys have done this many times before and the person we all expected to win didn’t. The first one that comes to mind is a Michael Jackson category and they sent out Diana Ross as a presenter but he lost. Would’ve been a great moment if he had one.
