Hearing the wonder in William Shatner's words while others are celebrating as if it's a bachelorette really makes you realize that he's the only one who really gets what this experience means for humanity as a whole and confirms that in his heart he really is our Captain Kirk! It's a shame we could barely hear him as the others were screaming and laughing so much.

He's so absolutely lost for words and so overwhelmed by his experience that he simply can't find the words to describe it. I was gobsmacked to learn that he's 90yrs old, I genuinely thought he was in his early 70s'. Seeing him experiencing this, along with his other crew members, genuinely brought a tear to my eye. Welcome home, Captain, and your crew.

He just made it sound so much more of a life defining moment then any other individual who takes part in this. His expression was more of a life changing one then any of the other people; with more of a party kind of reaction.

Blue Origin should have installed Kirk's Captain's chair in that capsule. That would have been epic. And Shatner's comments after touchdown were heartfelt and very moving. He's a good man.
