i remember when that vid got posted on steve's nova site. everyone was saying the reason it was flexing was we didn't install the bracket to tie the down bars with the frame. and i remember Chuck saying he would make it right for him. i've had nothing but good experience with Chuck. hell one time i texted him on a holiday weekend expecting him to get back the following week and he responded within an hour. his products are top quality. when i took my subframe to get it powdercoated even the owner commented on the quality and said it was one of the nicest subframes he's seen in his 35 years in business
