This show is criminally underrated. Tim knows so many watches off the top of his head it’s ridiculous. Tim, I’m in Toronto Canada and I really appreciate your content when I get home from a long day of work. Cheers kind sir. Your a gentleman and a scholar

Yeah, I'll be lucky to get 10K views on this. It breaks my heart because of the emotion and energy that goes into making it, but it's not a click magnet. I'm not sure how much longer I can commit a full Monday each week to preparing this in its current full-length format. Best, Tim

Weekly shows that maintain the high standard you’ve set seems unrealistic. Love the show, but if you drop to bi-monthly, or monthly, I think we would all understand. Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Im here for the duration.@@the1916companywatchreviews

One of my favourite episodes that I’ve seen. Thanks for showcasing some of Omegas best this last decade. My favourites are the CK2998, denim Railmaster, and titanium Seamaster.
@the1916companywatchreviewsАй бұрын
That Railmaster Denim was something special! I believe it should have received as much attention as the Tudor BB58 and its derivatives. Certainly, the denim dial with crosshairs was a design masterstroke. Best, Tim

My favorite brand!! Long time viewer here:) I was really hoping you’d list what I thought was your favorite Aqua Terra - the 38 mm Annual Calendar, as one of your top ten.
@the1916companywatchreviewsАй бұрын

I hope I never get to a point in my life when receiving a reply from Tim Mosso is nothing to write home about❤ I’m actually contemplating between the 38 and 43 mm version of this watch in gold with the brown/grey dial. I have a fairly large wrist (7-7.5 range) but I’ve always felt like the 43 just wears really big. Do you think the 38 would be too small? Would you buy it in gold? All the best, Nate
@the1916companywatchreviewsАй бұрын
@@netanelostrov3425 That is a large wrist, and I think you could easily wear the full size ATAC or even consider the superb -- and even more underrated -- Hour Vision Annual Calendar. That might be the best solution, and there is a bracelet version if you're willing to do some hunting. Best, Tim
@netanelostrov3425Ай бұрын
@@the1916companywatchreviewsThanks Tim😊 I absolutely love the hour vision annual calendar!! I just found the 38mm ATAC in rose gold on a bracelet for an unbeatable price, and I’m trying to convince myself that it won’t be too small on me:) However, after seeing the hour vision in gold, I’m officially smitten, lol. Now I’m not sure if I should go for the white or brown dial. 😂
@NineHellHeavenАй бұрын
I went to the Grey Side but couldn't resist the meteorite dial and rose gold accents. The only downside is that the gold edge of the bezel is not as scratch resistant so a bit more care must be taken.

I *have* seen a brown dial 3rd Gen Overseas time & date. The owner, a Charlotte banker, moved it as a nearly straight trade for a Patek Philippe perpetual calendar chronograph.
@the1916companywatchreviewsАй бұрын
It's a VERY special watch. I loved it at the time, but nobody else did, so it's rare. I suspect that it's close in rarity to the 2000V Ultra Thin OS gen III. I've seen two of those firsthand but only one brown dial 4500. Best, Tim

It was tough to narrow the selection to ten pieces. The one notable fallow period is the last two years. Aside from the crazy new analog-digital regatta timer, the last two years have been a period defined by new variants of existing models. Best, Tim

What's nice with the Grey side is it still looks like metal. Isn't it time for some smaller ceramics? Most are like this one or even bigger.

Great video 👍 The problem with Omega is their service costs are too high. It will bankrupt your hobby if you have to service one of the high complication timepiece.

Nice watches, but the expensive ones, like speedmasters in precious metals lost so much value out of the door it is not sustainable, a 30k watch resale at 50% discount in New conditions and full set... that's a real problem, that's worst than buying designer clothes or furnitures as far as value retention ..it means that the collectors with options don't chose Omega period. this is why they have to spend so much money on celebrities to pretend they are in demand... its all marketing for the uneducated..beside that they are good watches just not worth it to invest in.
