I'm confused about this IWC watch. Some youtubers are saying it's got a 45 mil year accuracy for the moon phase. Some saying it's got the perp calendar that doesn't need adjustment till year 3999. So which one is it? And how can one cal go so far further into the future (45 mil years) than the other (less than 2 thousand years)?

From your highlights: the most impressive timepieces so far goes to Bvlgari and IWC’s “eternal calendar”… I’m also liking very much seeing Tudor’s BB GMT line sizing done and actually bringing a warm nostalgic vibe on this new “Coke” color way bezel, like right on spot and before Rolex bringing back or reviving this so expected model in all steel with ceramic bezel and jubilee bracelet … funky and worthy of waiting to compete with its “soda pop nemesis” aka Rolex Pepsi and cool down it’s hype 😅😎 Would you definitely see a pricing decline (aprox. % ?) coming soon to the Blue-Red GMT second hand market’s super hero (after the Daytona of course)? Cheers and have a great time in W&W !!

Concerning Chopard, I personally find the new Alpine Eagle disappointing: this exact same skeletonized movement/dial was made years ago for the LUC Skeletec and I think the Alpine Eagle deserved an original new design. Moreover a brand like Parmigiani (a neighbor of Chopard in Fleurier) has done much more refined skeleton dials. For me, the really great new release from Chopard is one nobody (even Chopard) talks about: it’s the new white gold/black dial version of the LUC Quattro Spirit 25, a jumping hour enamel dial 8 days power reserve masterpiece. Best.

The Japanese text for Everbrilliant just refers to the grading of metals in japan, e.g. everbrilliant titanium and steel is just grade 5 vs grade 2 which is generally used in their lines. Whether or not that changes how the watch feels/looks I have no idea 😂😂

My highlite was the SKMEI - Shir Kuh Mei - "Beautiful Moments in Time". (粤, 闽, 客). 1123 digital retro watch. Very cheap, but keeps the time, and nice on a NATO, I have a 9 inch wrist, so none of these Asian watches come with fitting watchbands :(

Actually my favorite release was the Zenith Defy Revival. Tudor fan boys are hilarious. They hate the Rolex Submariner but love the BB monochrome which is basically a spitting image of a Sub. Strange bunch those dudes
