The werewolf curse kicks in when you kill someone if you are of the werewolf blood. The vampire curse kicks in when you die with vampire blood in you. Hope has not done either of those things.

Yes hope is an original , she is a different type but her vampire powers were the first we saw her display as a baby.

the key to sire bond is when the person drink or some way get the blood into its own veins, hayley didn't because she already had hope's blood still inside of her body because of the pregnancy and she died just minutes after hope birth, if she would had died a few days or weeks later, she wouldn't have wake up unless she would have drink hope's blood and then she will be sire to hope, it's the act to give or take or drink some else's blood what creates the sire bond. Ps. English is not my native language.

now hope is first of all a human. to become a werewolf, she has to kill a human. and the vampire component of the blood definitely does not make her a vampire... and after being human, a rather problematic puberty sets in! not to mention that she is a woman, which means that once a month Klaus Michaelson will not be the most dangerous person on the planet!! 😊

Yes she could kill them. Matt and Elena killed Kol and Stefan and Damon beat Elijah. Aurora is the same age as the originals they can’t dodge the bullet and she’s up close.

She is a vampire
