I could have watched an hour of this, it was great. Every player has an FM "Routine" that we go through where we quickly click through certain features and screens because our play falls into a pattern. It's real interesting to see how individual these routines are and how people interact with different parts of the game.

One thing I do that I’ve never seen anyone on stream do is use the training rating to pick your first 11. Normally have two players every position and I then use how they’ve trained to pick who plays.

@@fredgoncalves3315 works really well, with the added bonus you can tell who’s trained poorly and speak to them about their training effort. I’m pretty sure most real life managers will pick the players that have trained best.

I don't do it exactly like that but what I do is I pick my first 11 based on the stars. Then if they get below a 6.8 rating (if I'm a successful club) or below 6.7 (if a struggling club) they are dropped for the next game. It's a killer when you lose 4-0 and everyone gets below 6.7.

Maybe I'm a FM nerd, but I do press conferences, check with side a player prefers, his preferred role in a position... and yes, check the social feed. In fact I've gotten a few clues from the social feed on players to scout and sign. This was a great video, as all of yours are. Keep up the great work!
