The problem with the exhaust may be that it has a solid mount at the top to the frame .I think a mount with a rubber on it could reduce the vibration and maybe stop the welds cracking.

No way would I sell this car. Just make it more streetable, even if that means turning down the boost a bit and using a more street friendly clutch. I'm hoping enough Atom 4s get built that there are enough used ones in the wild over the next couple of years where I can pick one up in the 60's. 100k+ is a hard pill to swallow for properly equipped new one.
