In December 2019 I bought a new 2020 F-350 King Ranch that now has 21k miles, all of which were with a 16k lb trailer behind it. Zero issues. Never a check engine light or anything else. Annual oil and fuel filter changes are all I've had to do.

Cash for Clunkers really took a bite out of vintage car parts. As far as inventory system I use Ebay as my primary, many piggy back with a cross listing software to list and delist on other platforms. I use PirateShip as my go to for shipping most of my boxable parts, even internationally. Incidentally Porsche parts are real easy as they literally put part numbers on everything.

Second off you may want to check out junkyard digs they had a car with a vinyl top that had rusted through they did some rust repair and then they used bed liner to do a faux vinal top. They even found a way to make the seams that run along the roof while under the car. Very cool

I put factory electronic ignition in my Dart with my buddy in the early 80s, ran so much better. I also put a early 65 wide block distributer in it later with the electronic plate on top for the way better timing curve they used for the 318.

Titan parts are getting hard to find , you should think about part that out as eBay has lots of parts but most are in bad shape already. I have slowly been buying parts for my 07 titan le mainly interior parts. As we know interior parts are sun cracking and falling apart. Like most I would really think about the part out on it looks to be in good shape and that the biggest issue now is

JR!!!!!!! That Gen 1 Touareg is a PORSCHE CAYENE. Same suspension, Brakes, AWD, and it is the V8. That is the hidden jem you have. Read up a little bit and you will want to do that car right. They off road the bejeezuzz out of those in Europe. Poland, Germany, Slovenia they are everywhere. I have a 2012 Gen 2. One of the best cars I ever owned.

Hey..what did I mean when u said you have a break line that is balloning and making a caliper drag? That sounds similar to an issue I'm having on my GMC 2008 Sierra 1500...I get a random serious "binding up" of my front driver side tire. It happens randomly only on initial take offs for the first 10 to 30ft. I've replaced everything for that tire except the break line. Something is binding that tire up.
