The bosses are now left with a choice.... is this really the person who should be our public face going forward? What utter bullshit he was proven to be correct as #MeghanMarkleIsALiar and has proven to be time and time again! Just to clarify how Illinformed you are may I suggest you read the following read it and weep! Piers Morgan’s audience tends to be quite broad, spanning various demographics, but there are key characteristics worth noting for both his work on Sky News and his show “Piers Morgan Uncensored.” 1. Political Viewpoints: • Conservative-leaning viewers tend to make up a significant portion of Piers Morgan’s audience, especially in the UK and the US. He appeals to those who prefer a more direct, often confrontational style of political debate. He has been outspoken on issues like free speech, cancel culture, and political correctness, which resonate with conservative viewers. • However, he’s also drawn in moderate or even liberal viewers at times because he can be unpredictable and is not strictly partisan, taking strong stances on issues like gun control in the US and criticising both left and right when it suits him. 2. International Audience: • His audience is international, with a strong base in both the UK and the US. His time as a host on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Live” gave him significant visibility in the US, and since then, his outspoken style has continued to appeal to American audiences, particularly on social media platforms. • In the UK, Sky News is one of the most-watched news outlets, and his association with the network increases his credibility with traditional British news viewers. 3. Viewership Age: • Middle-aged and older viewers are more likely to follow him consistently, as his style and the issues he covers often align with the concerns of those groups. • Younger viewers may engage with his content on social media platforms, where clips of his interviews or controversial opinions tend to go viral. However, his primary base is not necessarily the younger generation. 4. Viewership on Specific Topics: • He has gained traction on hot-button topics like the Meghan Markle controversy, cancel culture, and COVID-19, particularly his vocal criticism of the government’s handling of the pandemic. These topics pull in viewers who are passionate about social and political issues, regardless of political alignment. 5. Social Media Influence: • Piers Morgan has a strong social media following across platforms like Twitter, where he is very active. His Twitter audience is a mix of supporters and critics, but his confrontational and unfiltered tweets keep him trending and in the spotlight, reaching people who may not watch his full shows but are still influenced by his opinions and debates. In Summary: • Political conservatives, middle-aged/older demographics, and international viewers (especially from the UK and US) form the bulk of his audience. • His shows also attract viewers who enjoy debate-style journalism and are drawn to topics like freedom of speech, celebrity controversies, and cultural wars. It’s safe to say, while controversial, Piers Morgan knows how to keep his audience engaged! So shove that where the sun don't shine!

Regarding Piers Morgan: 1, I wish non-Brits would learn to pronounce his name correctly (it’s Piers as in multiple piers, not pierce) and 2) he may have lost his GMB job but it’s not as simple as quitting or as simple as a firing - ITV asked him to apologize publicly or else and he refused to apologize so it was kind of a mutual impasse. And his career is most certainly not destroyed. He’s doing quite well, actually. 3, The Alex he’s arguing with in this clip isn’t a co-host, he’s the weather guy. It was Piers’ idea to have Alex seated at the desk for the discussion bc Alex is biracial and Piers thought Alex’s perspective would add a unique perspective and insight to the discussion. And BTW? I wish Whoopi Goldberg was on this list. She got a second chance after her ignorant comments about the Holocaust on The View yet ppl who have said or done way worse things on air have gotten cancelled. Bill Maher was not destroyed- in fact, he rebounded incredibly well and what he said about 9/11 is almost quaint compared to WG’s stance on WWII.

Saying that Jim Cornette's career was destroyed is a gross overestimate. He's turned down a handful of offers to return to the wrestling business, most notably when AEW was starting and Tony Khan talked to him about it, but has chosen not to return cause the man doesn't want to leave his house in Kentucky anymore than he has to.

I watched the show that day. I don't remember what Sheryl Underwood said to her that started the whole incident, but I do remember feeling like Sharon was being set up. It was all very accusatory in tone.

How strange they didn't include Thom Brennaman, it was the most hilarious apology, as there's a drive into deep left field by Castellanos, it will be a home run. And so that will make it a 4-0 ballgame. I don't know if I'm gonna be putting on this headset again.

I'm a Democrat all the way I also agree with her on this matter. So I can't use paint on halloween to be President Obama but I can buy a black latex mask of him. Makes no sense at all. Maybe this why some Republicans think democrats are nuts because of nonsense logic like this.

The Jim Cornette comment has been used since the 1980s, albeit with different countries mentioned. While some individuals have made disparaging remarks, it is important to recognize that those who do not comprehend wrestling or its industry should refrain from criticizing the individuals who work in it while simultaneously working themselves.

Dude, Cornette is a racist, or at the very least still thinks that racism is ok if it gets him heat with the audience.

You say "those who do not comprehend wrestling" like you're talking about French poetry.

I understand wrestling very well, and I understand Cornette very well. The man is a vile racist and homophobe, and doesn't have any problem saying disgusting things like this and then trying to hide it by saying it's just part of his character. Even if that were true, that's cheap heat and unacceptable today.

If there's no forgiveness, why apologize, reflect, and change? These haters make things worse.
@yaya_972 ай бұрын
It’s up to people who were affected to choose forgiveness and they shouldn’t have to. If you apologize and don’t reflect and change your behavior than that shows you didn’t mean your apology. Apologies are to showcase your remorse and commitment to growth.

I remember the Howard Cosell remark, and it did _not_ lead to his downfall. Black athletes all over accepted that the remark was not racial. The whole thing was a non-incident, and his career went on unscathed for many more years. That does not belong in this list.

5:10 - Jim Coronette’s career was far from ruined. He has been doing quite well. It sounds like Turner/NWA/WCW pussed out; Cornette was doing the right thing by playing Heel; the irony being, Jim Cornette is a flaming progressive. And if you think that was bad, do a search on New Jack OJ, Cornette literally wrote the script
