This verse is the Fulfillment of PS.8:5, From the O.T! They totally CONTRADICT your rendering of Vs.8. Verse 8, in its Correct reading, is GOD referring to HIS Throne. Anytime you see the word "THRONE," it's a reference to GOD HIMSELF. NOTE; At the END-----Jesus will, "Sit at the RIGHT HAND of the FATHER." He will not sit ON the Throne! Only GOD the FATHER will Sit ON the THRONE. ALSO; JOHN 20:17, and, JOHN 17:3, Are Contradictory to HEB.1:8, the Way some versions have it. The reason why I like it the proper translation of John 1:1 from Greek is because it’s a great way to show JW’s that they are wrong to claim that Jesus is “A God.” Jesus isn’t a God, He is God.
