The flags on the street poles are Israeli Flags. The police siren is not American. That vehicle is not used by American police. All the store fronts are Hebrew. Most of the signs are Hebrew. Those traffic sign symbols are not used in the USA. This is Israel. Use basic critical thinking before you comment.
