Water Collects Bottom of Kitchenaid Refrigerator

Not the same model but same issue. I believe the drain port is clotted. Every brank of refrigerator seems to have this kind of problem. I am now searching videos on KZbin ...

As I recall, a drain port at the back of the unit - at the top of the rear wall of the freezer cabinet - was plugged with ice. We replaced the refrigerator eventually due to ongoing trouble. I wish you the best getting yours fixed.

We've had the same issue and even had our floor damaged. That was one expensive mistake. Never again kitchenaid.
