"Don't start with a crappy sketch" is one of the best and most funny advice i haver ever heard. Thank you!

I think it is your first do's don't video. At first it surprised me, but I do think you'll find a new public that could benefit from your wonderful way of teaching! I really enjoy your videos and your personality! Keep feeding us with great videos! Your art is amazing!

You can also use 3-4€ sketchbooks from the Tiger Copenhagen Store. Some of their paper is like hot pressed watercolor paper. I just bought a new sketchbook and it works good with watercolor. Keep in mind that the sketchbooks are usually rather small. I don't even know if this store exists in the USA and UK but we have a lot of them in germany.

You know, I really should have started transferring sketches rather than drawing them on the paper directly a lot sooner. Thank you for pointing it out so directly, I'll begin drawing elsewhere and then doing the transfer. Probably saved me a lot of headache!

Quick tip....Rock a hair dryer back and forth over the tape to slightly heat it up and peel it off. This prevents the tearing of the paper. Don't leave the dryer over the tape to long or it will melt the glue onto the paper...thus the rocking back and forth method.

Can you make, or is there already, a video of how to draw eyelashes. Both on how to make them thin, but also what to think when drawing them?

Thank you very much for this! I can see why my watercolor sketches and studies fails :P hahaha thank you! You have such beautiful work!

Just so you know. Titanium White gouache is pretty opaque and can match the color of the original paper, only it will have thickness from the paint. Zinc White gouache is much less opaque and used for tinting colors.
