Such wonderful teaching points. It seems that no matter the media the coming together happens at the end. I really enjoy the play on the shadows and the people. In the photo I remember those shutters being the whitest whites of the paper and not too exciting. Maybe if someone were leaning out of them feeding a bit of gossip to another then it would work but I really appreciated the lesson. The only time I really stop is when I am pastel painting and since they are very costly I would rather wash off or partly wash and redo. And with having white watercolor ground why even if not all wc lifts on a redo, watercolor ground works great at least the Daniel Smith one that I used and I was able to add a couple of glazes. It beats using gouache and having it keep lifting the color. Thank you and super rendering.

I like the streets and alleys, this kind of scenery is suitable for watercolor painting, this kind of aesthetic is very traditional, but it is still popular, classic!

The vid title is really relatable, I really have to encourage myself through "the ugly fase" of the painting! It often works out (not always though...😉)

Absolutely Amazing How you pulled this Painting together. I mean in the Beginning it looked Like a Mess. (Which most do like you said). Definitely showed how Persistence and Staying with it Can Transform a Watercolor Painting. Thank you for the Lesson Tim.! 👊😎

Hi Tim. I follow you since 2018 and I like a lot your style. Your videos allways are very good and I learn very much from them. On the Other hand I would like you to know that there are so many commercials particulary since 6 moths ago. For example this vídeo has at least 15 commercials.

Hello, would it be possible to put the subtitles in Spanish? You are one of my favorite watercolor artists, your way of painting me transports. You have great mastery of technique and color. I will continue watching your videos even if they are in English, but if the subtitle in Spanish were possible I would always appreciate it. Thank you, greetings from Spain

Enable Automatic Captions and Translate Them Open the video you want to watch on KZbin. Click on the "Settings" (gear) icon located at the bottom right corner of the video player. Click on "Subtitles/CC" in the menu that appears. If automatic captions are available for the video, you should see an option that says "English (Automatic)" or something similar. Enable these automatic captions by clicking on the language option. After enabling the automatic captions, click on the settings icon again and select "Subtitles/CC" once more. Now, you should see the option to "Auto-translate." Click on it. A list of available languages will appear. Select "Spanish" from the list. KZbin will then automatically translate the English captions into Spanish, and you should see the translated subtitles on the video. Keep in mind that the quality of the translation may vary, as it relies on automated translation algorithms
