Wow. I am so impressed by this piece. I did hear you say it was easy but it takes a lot of patience. You did an amazing job. And you didn't even use masking fluid. I love this creation so much. I'm a big fan of leaves such as this. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing your talents with us. I will give this a try. I have done a few much simpler negative paintings I would attach to show you but I don't think I can add an attachment to this post.

This is a good attempt, but I'm sorry to say, you have produced leaves with holes. Look at the very topmost leaf. You should not be able to see the leaf underneath through the veins of that leaf.The area between the veins on the topmost leaf should be solid so that the underneath leaf is only peaking out of the side, but not through the veins of the uppermost leaf. It has happened with a few other of the leaves also!! Good try. This is not an 'easy' negative painting! More layers = more difficult. It becomes easy to get lost with your values. But you gave it a good effort, with some adjustments needed.
