Watermount Community Development Committee, CSO Coalition for Forests, Jamaica

The Watermount Community Development Committee Benevolent Society's primary mandate is to improve the lives of the constituents of the farming community of Watermount and its environs through practical and educational farming initiatives ranging from seedling distributions, tree planting, beekeeping to smart farming, among others. The organisation has joined the CSO Coalition for Forests in order to preserve Watermount's natural environment, including conservation of its forests, and boost and safeguard livelihoods in their community.
