great video! I've been doing my nails since June 2020. I have acrylic on and use foils, stamping etc on top of them. I have small nail beds and I can't grow my nails that long. I'm thinking of doing press on nails for length. Do you decorate your nails before you apply them? Another youtuber said that a hard gel applied to full tips that aren't on, can make them rigid. Did you find this to be true? Although I'm pretty neat, when doing my liquids on my nails, I would prefer to do the nails on a stand using my dip powder, foils, stamping etc. So much easier to do art when you're nails aren't on.

Hi! Yes I definitely recommend making press on nails using a stand. I do all my painting and decorating using the nail stand because like you said it is way easier and avoids product getting on my skin as well as unnecessary exposure under the UV or LED lamp. As long as you size the full cover press on nails correctly, you shouldn't have an issue with rigidity. When in doubt always size up a bit because you can file it down to fit later. I go between the glue and the tabs. Sometimes the tabs do not lay flat and in about a week the tabs starts to ball up around the cuticle area.

I have always been weary to try these but I am most curious is do they come off the fake nail easily so I could potentially reuse the nail again OR is it stuck there forever and now I cannot use that fake nail ever again?

Hi! One of the main reasons I prefer using these sticky tabs is because it keeps your press on nails look brand new! The sticky tabs come off the fake nail and your own nail without damaging either one so thats why I find them so fantastic! Awesome video! One question though, i have the absolute worst luck with pulling off the tab part after i put the glue on stickers on. I ALWAYS end up pulling off the whole thing. How do you successfully remove the little tab after putting the sticker on? I have been trying this for months now and just cant seem to get the hang of it. Any thoughts/ideas as to what i am doing wrong would be greatly appreciated~!!

Hi! Make sure to properly prep your nail with rubbing alcohol or acetone to remove any excess oil. Then once you apply the sticky tabs let it sit for a minute or two so it can properly adhere before you attempt to pull off the tabs. I usually apply all the tabs on one hand at once and then go back and start pulling off the tabs and it comes off way easier. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

Hi! I bought an acrylic earring jewelry organizer with pull out drawers and then put clear nano tape strips on the pull out sections and then just stick and organize your press on nails! I bought everything on Amazon. Hope that helped and thanks so much for watching!

The top part of my sticky will not come off pulls the whole sticky off

Hi! Make sure to press down firmly when you paply it to your nail and then genly peel off in one direction. If it starts to peel off the sticky, put it back down and pull from the other direction. You can also try tweezers to help you get a more accurate hold of the tab to pull it off easier. Hope that helped and thanks so much for watching!

@@DIYNINJA Thanks for being open about this comment. I also tend to use my hands a lot while talking, so I am self-conscious that it might annoy some people and try to control it. Perhaps you have heard about misophonia -- in which some people react very strongly to certain repetitive movements and sounds. As I watched the video, I thought that some folks with misophonia simply wouldn't be able to handle it. Which is too bad -- since I'm sure that you have some good comments and tips that will never be seen by people who can't tolerate the extra movement and noise. I know you want to reach as many people as possible. There is a very popular KZbinr who used to always drink a cup of tea during his KZbins. In doing so, he would continually "clank" the cup by stirring it with a spoon over and over. In judging from the comments, other people (not me) told him how annoying it was for them or told them that such clanking is a huge trigger for some folks with misophonia. Maybe he took it to heart, since he no longer drinks tea during his videos.
