Waterset, Apollo Beach is still building new homes and developing as a community. Is it ever ending? The good news is the community continues to improve and Waterset has a brand-new phase about to open with 2 new builders on the horizon. Pulte & Toll Brothers will soon be selling new homes within the community, although Toll Brothers will be a gated 55+ community and will likely have less floor plans than Pulte.

Good morning, as Realtors we have to be careful with what we say regarding schools, but I would check the ratings on greatschools.org/ and I'd also learn more about the charter schools in and around Waterset via their welcome center : www.watersetfl.com/ / tel: [phone] York Academy is the newest school in Waterset, which I believe is a magnet school, but the welcome center will be able to offer more detailed info.

What is the price range for these homes

There's such a wide range of floor plans that it's hard to say. "All-in" I would say $450k-$550k for the smaller homes, $600-$800k for 2400-2900 Sq. Ft. homes and $800k - $1.1m for anything bigger with a pool.

Hi Carmen, you're welcome. I don't know of any gated communities coming to Apollo Beach, no. Mirabay with Park Square may be the only one. You'll find more gated communities down in Parrish, but does your next home have to be in a gated community?
