IDK if people know this, but unless your metal-lined reusable cups very specifically and EXPLICITLY tell you that you CAN use anything other than water, you're slowly giving yourself aluminum and other metal poisoning. Aluminum cans actually have a thin layer of PFOA plastic on the inside that keeps the cans from degrading into the highly acidic soda. Almost everything we consume is more acidic than water. That includes bacteria and its waste. Aluminim--when *properly* prepared and left entirely smooth--is stable at the pH of water. If it has any scratches from any kind of abrasive--including ice, sugar, spoons, dish cloths or sponges, etc.--it will break down no matter what. These people should be mass reported for encouraging people to poison themselves.

Definitely sponsored by skinny syrups. It's insane how many they have, that stuff is STRONG! I put basically a drop (or, as close to a "drop" that you can get from a bottle) of their pistachio syrup in my smoothies or coffee, and it definitely overpowers the taste. And the people in the video are POURING it! I can't imagine how strong the flavors of those beverages are.

Fun fact: even though the packaging says "0 grams of sugar/0 calories" there are still both sugar AND calories in those mixes. It's just low enough of an amount that the companies don't have to put it in the nutritional facts.

@Jimmy as toxic diet culture (which encourages bariatric surgery which has a tremendous rate of regret and suicidality) has shown us with everything from Keto (which was developed by doctors as a last resort to treat seizure disorders) to taking diabetes drugs (which has led to a national shortage), what something started as and how it spreads is disconnected.
