Will the watt cycle group 24 charge with a regular charger. Or does it need a lithium charger. That it is same size as group 24 is great also price is awesome. Thanks for the video found your channel from mike I'm subscribed 👍👌💯

A regular charger for a car battery will not charge ANY Lifepo4 battery to 100%. They will work, but you can't fully charge. And Welcome, Mike is a cool dude. Many of the newer charges do have a Lifepo4 setting on them now days and those will work too but I find I have to switch to the lower amp setting on the 2 of those that I have in order to get that last 5-10% of charge into the battery. A dedicated Lifepo4 charger is much better.

I know! Some of these newer companies are really giving some of the more established brands a run for their money! The beauty of that is, I think that's a big reason the prices have been falling so quickly over the past couple of years. I don't know how long they can keep going down though honestly. I predict the next trend is going to be more compact size 200ah batteries.... at least that's what I am hoping to start seeing.

Got 2 their junk says their fully charged 2 hrs later it wont power up my trolling motor. Absolute waste of a 160 bucks.

I may revisit this one and do that in the future, but for now I didn't want to screw it up because I intend to use it for some of my other videos testing other equipment like inverters and charge controllers because the group 24 size is so much more convenient to move around than my group 31's. When I get my hands on a GOOD mini 100ah I can use for that purpose, then maybe I'll come back to this one and chop it's head off and look at the guts 🤣
