He is saying alleged defendent because he think as a soverine citizen that he doesn't have to adhere to the US legal code. So he's trying to not "admit" that he's even a defendant. It's wild, but he's been trying to have the case dismissed "because he does not recognize" the court's authority and jurisdiction. It's sad that he's trying so hard to discredit these witnesses who are just saying that they saw him. When there's plenty of other evidence that he was the driver that day.

It seemed like it was just a way of telling her he was still in control. Even if he was in jail. It seem more abusive than necessary for his defense. In order to lock him up for life - e.g no parole - the trial is important. The judge is excellent running a tight ship. His rights have not been breached but the more he talks the more he loses. Without question he will try to appeal but there are no errors in the trial for the Appeal Court to overturn the jury's verdict.

The manner he questions some of the witnesses and victims is horrendous as well. One lady waited for treatment for herself and her child. Her family helped handle minor injuries at home. She said so many people were injured more severe than they were. Medical staff was overwhelmed by the attack. DB tried to say that maybe she was over exaggerating the injuries of her and her child. His defense was NULLIFIED by the facT that he was in videos from all over town pleading guilty by his antics and actions

This mans is so embarrassing. The fact that the prosecutor had to come over and show him how he was mucking up the information in his line of questioning. Oh my god.
