You don't shove people PERIOD. That "friend" is nothing but a criminal. I'm sure she's living her life foot loose and fancy free. If I were her other "friends" I'd stay far away from her

It's a shallow pool, why would any stupid person push another person into it? Don't fool around, don't do reckless things, don't try to be funny, don't drink and drive. Don't tempt fate!

She has no reason to. The push wasn't the cause of the accident. After Rachel was pushed, she made the unfortunate choice to lean into a head dive, without knowing the shallow depth of the pool.

The claim that it was a friend's playful little push from the ledge that allowed her to smack her head to the bottom, accidentally, never held water for me. And, that's because, when Rachelle was pushed into the water, she didn't enter the water like she lost balance or entered feet first. No. Rachelle, made the foolish, unfortunate decision to go immediately into a head dive after being pushed. Rachelle DID IT TO HERSELF. She was pushed by her friend, but that's not how Rachelle hit the bottom of 3.5 ft of water with enough velocity and with her skull ramming the bottom hard enough to break her spine. It was Rachelle thinking she could dive head first in a strange pool, not knowing the depth. It took forever to find a legitimate news source that asked and reported these hard-hitting questions and answers.

@MarcosIsABaritone Жыл бұрын
@@shannonsmith595 No. I just read as many news articles about the incident as I could find because the repeated narrative just seemed so implausible. I used to be a journalist so I felt compelled to learn the full story.

Yeah, that sounds like a much more accurate representation of the truth. Also, I'd bet money that alcohol was involved.
@MarcosIsABaritone Жыл бұрын
@@GPC712 Yes, alcohol was indeed involved. There are reports saying they were in various states of inebriation.
@Yamari-yu4nz Жыл бұрын
@@MarcosIsABaritoneIf there really was an alcohol involved her friend who pushed her couldn’t have saved her. Right after she pushed her into the water her friend jumped into the water then got her above the water and rested her head so it wouldn’t move and I don’t think someone that you say is intoxicated could even do that. Also if her friend pushed her hard enough and her butt was almost fully off of the edge she would have fallen head first. I know that these have happend because Mr. Chapman is my science and history teacher. He got her to come into school and give a speech for disability month.

Well, shes only 6 mos post injury.. I HOPE this girl keeps an open mind. Its great that she can forgive her friend but in truth, its her friends FAULT. and thats that. She has a whole life to live and finances shouldnt be made a burden. It may sound bad to sue her friend but if her friend had the same love/compassion i dont think she would mind if she was sued. (if there is insurance)

@Mys4825 ай бұрын
@@bmell1252yes actually, in Germany we have something that is called "Haftpflichtversicherung" and is exactly for cases like that. If you destroy someones property or hurt them badly (and it wasn't on purpose but an accident) your insurance will cover it.
