I drive long miles on cheap supermarket diesel. Not sure if cleaning sensor will help, but you can try.

Great job!! I like your work very much. Can I have a question? Seat Alhambra 2011 type 7N. He's got airbags in the dashboard. Only the front bumper is broken. Is the patch complex? Are airbag sensors in the bumper? Do the airbag sensors have to be replaced? Thank you for answer.

Hi Starej :) To be honest, I'm not as clever as I may look in my videos. I don't have much experience dealing with airbag system. Yes, there are crash sensors in front of the car. Not entirely sure where exactly. If that light would come up on my dash board - first I would scan it with some diagnostics tool to see what it says, and then if it's a crash sensor, I would look in program Elsawin (by the way, have a look on eBay for it - worth to have), so I would look where it is and try to replace it - of course with all necessary precautions, so air bags don't shoot.

Sorry Sukhraj, currently don't have a time to make a video. There's a good software - workshop manuals for VAG's called Elsawin. Have a look on eBay. Really good source of repair manuals for VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda.

Last week I have received another letter from VW for recall ( emission scandal) they say car will consume more ad blue and they are offering 5 free refills, any idea what they will do this time

On a Sharan they need to reprogram ECU only. I'm already booked on 30th of June. They also will do something for boot door, another re-call - I'll do both at the same time. Don't remember what it was exactly hinges or some little stoppers, boot seems to be fine, but if they want to improve something - why not? :)

Haider Zainy I don't understand your guestion. In models which are ea189 models with adblue, this 23R7 campaing edc update increases adblue consumption. that is why it is filled up when update is made and u get 5 fill up for free to compensate that increased consumption.

Hello and Thanks 👍 Unfortunately, I'm not professional enough to be able to help you. All I can suggest is to check the battery and alternator and scan for errors elsewhere. If it's a wiring issue, that's definitely something I know very little about. I hope you get it fixed..

I have sharan as well and just went to taxi examination centre , as I want to drive it as private hire, but the car didn't pass as it has a tow bar. I was told I have to remove it and restore the original rear bumper cover\diffuser. I saw that there is no hole for tow bar in yours, and I was wondering if you could give me a code/number for the part, as I cannot find one online yet. Thanks a lot.

Hello thank you for the link I have found the rear bumper cover.I have also removed the factory fitted tow bar from my sharan (2013) and now there is an error showing on the dash board, and I was advised to remove the fuse, but I cannot seem to find a diagram with the fuses. I would be very grateful if someone has one as I have been searching the internet for hours. And do you maybe know which fuse box would that be in as there are two fuse boxes, one under the wheel, and another one at the back, on the left hand side of the boot, where tow bar was connected. Thank you very much in advance.

Sorry Yanko, no idea where that fuse can be.. Are there also fuses on sides of dashboard? Not with my car at the moment, so can't check.. There's also fuse box next to the battery.

Ciao Dan! No, non l'ho ancora fatto. Il mio MOT nel mese di dicembre. Lo farò sicuramente prima di quello. Purtroppo, attualmente devo ancora finire qualche cosa - vendere quel vecchio Golf, spostarsi in un altro garage e completare tutto il mio libro contabile. Lo faremo - il più presto possibile. Ci dispiace per questo ritardo. Mi dispiace e mi dispiace per la mia macchina ogni giorno :)

Ho avuto questo problema anche in inverno, ma è stato inverno britannico :) Ho appena finito con i miei conti, basta inviarli per tassare le persone, quindi il problema AdBlue è quello successivo nell'elenco - probabilmente inizia a farlo la prossima settimana. Sono stato al concessionario di VW ieri. Prima di dire che il mio problema con AdBlue non sarà un problema per l'aggiornamento del software, ma ieri hanno detto che non vogliono vedere eventuali errori per poter eseguire l'aggiornamento. Quindi devo ripararlo adesso. Perché non è urgente, lo farò ad un certo punto dopo l'agosto. Devo dedicare tutto il mio tempo al lavoro prima della mia vacanza in agosto. Penso che la mia visita ai genitori è più importante del riscaldatore di AdBlue :) Il mio MOT è nel mese di dicembre - lo definirò definitivamente prima e farò un video. Mi dispiace che ci vuole tempo.

Mi chiamo Valdis. Io vivo in Inghilterra. Originariamente sono dalla Lettonia. A proposito - non parlo italiano :) uso il traduttore di Google e spero che sta facendo il suo lavoro in modo corretto :)) No AdBlue non può influenzare DPF, perché si trova a lungo dopo DPF. AdBlue viene spruzzato nei gas di scarico alla fine per dividere le osside di azoto in azoto e acqua.

I paid £20 to electrician just to connect wires to sensors. The drill, installing and removing bumbler should be easy.

Yeah, it's pretty simple. When you're putting bumper back, check that it sits happy everywhere, so when you close boot door it doesn't scratch/touch bumper.
