I really try to be vegan .... 80% successful this was brilliant; herbs great idea; I make homemade pesto with rosemary and walnuts etc. whatever is in the fridge or the window sill great channel tx!!!!!

A while back I made orecchiette for my husband and when he asked what was for dinner and I responded with "Little Ears". The look on his face was priceless. In his defense earlier in the day I had been watching a food video where pig ears were the main dish.

Hold up. Bucatini might be the least exciting pasta shape but angel hair is by far the worst pasta shape. Boring, clumpy, difficult to cook properly because it's so thin and the mouth feel is a nightmare
