Ken, thank you for keeping it REAL!!!! Too many are so "self-righteous" and afraid to be their authentic self. You tell it like it is, and offer a plan to correct trauma and so many bad teachings and beliefs one have been taught from their youth. GOD bless you and your wife.

I have ADHD. Kens voice helps me continue listening. He has my attention 100%. I am attractive 58 petite Latina. I have jogged & worked out all my life. Then added hiking. guys see me as a piece of meat. men think they can run a game on me. I keep hearing I hve a nice body. but no is no! I always get rejected 4 a relationship. Then I end picking the wrong guy. How frustrating but with Ken Canion advise it helps me. I always get passed up for the next one. Then I hear he is a relationship.

Youve never had sh!ong how is it possible to advice based on males and how they think behavour when your not and never been one. Always just blind giving the blind adcice

What does my bf mean when he said to me: “I want you to care a little not a lot” about him ?We are together 8 months now. When I asked him: "Is that what you really want ? Me to care a little for you ?" He said no. Then he understood that I am confused and said to me: "You are not confused. Dont worry." But I am confused !!! Can someone please explain ? He made sure the next day in his morning text to me to apologize for not being able to see me during this week because he has a lot of work.

That mean he got other people so don’t focus to much on him why would you want me to care little about you ? That weird or maybe he cares little for you as well

Unfortunately, I think many of us have trained ourselves to separate love and true emotion from sex to the point where we don't bond with anyone. Especially if we have gone through a period of time where we weren't dating if single, or in a sexless marriage. We just learn to turn it off. This happened to me. I am single and went through many years of caring for my grandparents. I was sole caregiver and bately had time to go to the grocery store or shower, much less dating. When they passed away and I had my life back, I had changed. When I started to get back out into the world, working, seeing friends ahain and dating...it has been like I'm a teenager again before having ever fell in love in terms of being a bit timid and unfeeling. Its like I've forgotten what those feelings are even like, and I seem to THINK much more than I FEEL anymore. 🤷♀️ I approach these guys out here very logically, since after all the emotional upheaval with my dear grandparents, that emotional part of me has seem to left.. or shut down. My point is, I'm not sure if all that has been good or bad for me. I suppose its good as an armor and will help me not got played, but then I feel sad to think I may never feel those excited, warm, bonding feelings again. 😢 Balance IS key, and I really hope someone comes along to open that feeling part of me again, but so far... I seem to date and feel zero interest and treat a date like he's on a job interview, not a date 😂 - I'm just hitting them over the head with questions and logic and I don't even let myself relax enough to get into my feelings. Thank you for this video, and based on my opposite issue of approaching these men with TOO MUCH hardcore logic and questions, maybe someone in my position would love to hear your thoughts on NOT being so tough on people, and learning to let them in a bit. ❤

I am a Christian who uses practical and biblical applications. I started doing this because there is over 50% divorce in the church. I feel like many church leaders are giving wrong advice that they deem is biblical.

Coach Ken i love your videos. I need to join your classes. Im 25. Im talking to a guy who's 40. We've dated in the past. But i ghosted him for 5 years. We are talking again and things are so much different now with how he communicates with me. We've been talking since February and I've seen him once. He consistently texts/ calls but that's about it. That's the furthest it's gone. I told him to leave me alone and go away but he keeps calling texting won't leave me alone. Tells me he wants me to heal first. When i saw him that one time i did not have sex with him. What is going on???
