I have a 2010 grand Cherokee with a hemi and wondered if you know how big of tires I can put on it at stock height and also if I install a 3” lift?

tailgate mirror.... I cant tell for sure but basef on their website the tailgte has to be all the way down.... I never drive that way but I DO often haul things with the tailgte down eniugh where the tailgate cables fit in the slot so it's securly partially down .... if the mirror can be adjusted to account fo the different angle I would order one for sure... happen to know based on what you sw in person ? ?
