just upgraded from studio 14 to studio 15 professional on windows10 and the wavy wayne hip hop and r and b stock templets work fine in studio 1 5 also. may have to tweak the delay fx a little bit though. yep!

Yo should I turn off the effects when recording my first take then turn the effects on and tweak them to how I want it to sound or should I record with the effects on then tweak them I’m using your hip hop template the sound isn’t bad but I think it could be even better I record clean vocals I just want to make them more dynamic?🙏🏾💯

For those with the no V4 file issue. Just create a new/ empty song. Go to browser find the session template wherever you saved it to. Right click and select import song files/ track files. A pop up window will open and select all wanted track to be imported. Click ok. This will open the session template. Then in top left corner go to file- save as preset- name your preset/description. Now when you want to create a song with the template it will be on your users tab like wavy said. Maybe this was changed the studio one 5 update.

Yeah, mines didn't come with rev, doubr, or delay. They all have the same 4 inserts. Guess I'll have to play around with those myself. I hope PreSonus is helping you quickly for your Windows customers.

installed this templet on my windows10 pc to use with studio 14 proffessional. for some reason I didn't have a templet folder in my studio one folder. so I just created a templet folder and place the 2 files in there and everything worked fine. p.s for some reason it wouldn't show up when I made a v4 folder in the templet folder, so not sure if it's like that on the pc compared to the way how wavy did it on the mac. so heads up if anyone else has that problem on the pc. yep. thanks again wavy. yep!

The bpm says 130 In the beat name. What’s your process for finding it manually?

I just load up the beat and turned the metronome on and tap the tempo to the click til it matches up. you can assign tap tempo to a key on your keyboard. or if you have the presonus atom, you can press pad 14 to tap out the tempo.

this works if the beat was tracked out from bar one at a set tempo, so it's easy to find. yep!

I didn't have one either. so I just created a templet folder and copyied and pasted the wavy wayne hip hop temple files in there, then the templet finaly showed up in studio 1 4 when I booted it up on my pc. using windows 10 studio 1 4 professional. yep!
