Really like this one. Lower leg was a bit sorr after whipping it a few times haha. But once the pattern was learned it felt so damn functional. That spine is nice and loose now. Thanks Tim 😁 Legend, as always.

I don't find these kinds of variations as helpful as basic UH figure of 8, but they are defo fun to play with. Whilst on the topic of fun ones: I don't think you did a video yet on the arms crossed (self-hug) dragon roll variations yet!

Nothing will beat UH-8 but I had dismissed this one too until I played with it a little. In the end I was blown away by how functional it feels. Completely surprised me.

Is Sprinter's Sneak the same as underhand sneak?

It is an Alternating Underhand Sneak so you swap which side you sneak on every rep. 4 beats to one cycle
