Sumo wrestlers have a life expectancy between 60 and 65, more than 20 years shorter than the average Japanese male, as the diet and sport take a toll on the wrestler's body. Many develop type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure, and they are prone to heart attacks due to the enormous amount of body mass and fat that they accumulate.

I thought my squat mobility was pretty good until I saw these guys. Reverse squat walks with weights? That's intense. The upper body and core balance on top of the lower body strength to constantly fight the front-loaded weight. These guys are huge, but they also have control and stability. Basically moving mountains. Much respect.

the fat they have is a excess of brown fat which isn't the same fat you see in obese people. Brown fat as smaller fat droplets and burns off faster than white fat. Brown fat is what we all need to help break down blood sugar and maintain body functions like our metabolism. White fat is what you seen in the obese, that is large fat droplets produced due to too many calories, we all have this kind of fat as well and need it to a degree , But too much is what causes the health issues such as heart disease, tyoe 2 diabetes.
