wasn´t fried at the right tempreture , which leads to an imperfect texture, look and taste .......hence being a 3 michelin star restauran that matters ......nothing wrong with it to eat

Bei allem Respekt, ich werde schon beim zusehen müde...Gerne würde ich mit den Kollegen in meinem Restaurant 100 à la carte Speisen auf höchsten Niveau schicken wollen...=) Mit kochen hat das für mich persönlich nicht mehr viel zu tun...

Wenn das für dich nichts mehr mit Kochen zu tun hat, dann hast du offenbar absolut null Ahnung von Sterneküche. Im Service werden halt alle Komponenten mehr oder weniger "nur" zusammengefügt. Die Herstellung dieser ganzen Komponenten ist dafür aber umso aufwendiger und anspruchsvoller und da wird tatsächlich auch richtig gekocht...
