African countries kept poor because the west underpay them for their resources, and as a result millions flee to the West for greener pastures (basic amenities). Mass number of people in the West means more competition for jobs, therefore wages are kept low as everyone scrambles and accepts crumbs. The point is. If the West paid the correct price for resources abroad, those countries would have enough capital to develop their own countries, and cater to their people...but they don’t...and it’s intentional, they don’t want those countries to develop. Why, they won't get punished, that's why they're doing it. When was a young teen, stealing a bike got you arrested, drug through a court battle and a minimum of 1 year supervised probation and 40 hours of community service. Now depending on what community you belong to, you won't even get 10 years for murder, but if you're in the "privileged" community,you'll get more time for a self defense shooting with your legally purchased firearm than an already multiple convicted felon would get with all his previous convictions and having a stolen firearm together, and that's the problem

I moved there in 2021 from New England and just moved back to New England this year because it’s pretty freaking horrible. Carjackings happened there every single day. Shootings were getting worse and worse each year. You always had to watch your back and pray you’ll be okay.
