When he was at Chelsea he had eden hazard and ngolo kante in their prime, great cesc fabregas and David Luiz, prime Costa and a leader at the back in john terry, not to mention peak nemanja matic. At Spurs he has richarlidog who goes out cryin to other people all the time

The difference here is Chelsea had the players with the talent and character to respond to Conte calling them out. Spurs players have neither and the squad bar Kane and maybe just 1-2 others are much more comfortable in throwing managers under the bus and the gravy train carries on with no accountability. That's all they are interested in. Protecting their positions and not getting sold whilst on good money.
