What an amazing workout in such a short amount of time!! I have been rebounding on a Bellicon for a few years now and I have to say you have the best quick rebounder workouts that make me sweat like no other. I'm new here and I'm gonna stay. Having purchased my rebounder about 6 months ago, I have tried all the rebounding classes that I could find on KZbin, and you, Claire are definitely my favourite! Since I usually do 2 rebounding classes a day, your videos are used for at least one of my workouts. Like other followers, this workout is one of my favourite!

Oh my Claire, I could feel your excitement and enthusiasm for your new trampoline thru the TV. This video is so good, I ❤❤❤ it 😁. The music choreography are really good too. I definitely plan on doing it again. FYI KZbin snuck in a couple of commercials during the workout. I don’t really mind much when it is at the beginning or end of the video but right in the middle is a bit annoying 🤪

Brilliant work out. Specially the jogging combo part and adding different exercises it kept me guessing what was coming next and without noticing i was working hard.i loved the twist clap heel move. I like coordination type moves. We need better cool down music though. Love your channel and all the training tips you say as we go. It really encourages me and engages my mind and body. I’m up to the dynamic stretching on the 21 day series, so thought I’d save that for this evening and did this this morning instead - really enjoyed this! I’ve found it hard to keep the pace since upgrading to a bungee from spring rebounder, but that’s something to work on! Liked having the toning section in the middle and the focus on pushing in to the mat really works those legs! Thanks for another great workout!

Hi Sarah, yes it’s a real challenge when you change rebounders, and we had exactly the same feeling. Some bungee rebounders can be tightened to a slightly firmer setting, so see if that is an option maybe. Anyway glad you are utilising the Series 21 workouts and mixing things up. Keep at it, it will start to feel more comfortable soon 😊

I had an amazing teacher when I was first learning and she was so picky that I believe it set for a good understanding of cueing, timing and clear instructions. Of course we all have off days but we really try to give the best we can each time we film.

I love this video! I bought a jump sport a few months ago and used to wonder why I couldn't keep up with you on your workouts aside from the fact that you're ridiculously fit. 😊With this video, I was able to keep up quite a bit better, though definitely not completely yet. nancy busch no I haven’t had that problem but if you have a JumpSport you should have received a device that screwed the legs into the trampoline. Just tighten them up maybe before bouncing next time. 👍

Hey Claire, which model do you use and recommend I’m thinking of changing my trampoline now. I have the urban rebounder but I’m not sure whether it’s to much impact on my back. Are these jump sport ones better than springs for a more intense workout? Can you bounce hard and fast on these type of trampolines? Any help from people that use them would be fab.

Becky Diston hey there. Ok so I find the JumpSport a harder workout in the sense of I have to work harder to stay in time with the music. They are very comfortable and I love mine. Without a doubt they are a high quality trampoline. So it will come down to budget as well as they are more expensive than the ones we used in England. I like my spring trampoline for a faster workout. Hope this has helped and if you need any more info please ask. If you do buy a JumpSport trampoline please let me know especially if you are based in England. 😊

Hi Claire, I'm looking to change my rebounder from a coil spring rebounder as they're noisy and the bounce is very shallow. I've researched the Bellicon and the Jumpsport and I'm struggling to make a decision. You look good on the Jumpsport but I was wondering if you feel or know if the Bellicon is better? Hi Dawn I’ve never had the pleasure of using a Bellicon so I can’t comment I’m afraid. I will say tho that frame wise I think the JumpSport has the best one. It’s so sturdy and the leg design on the 370 pro models upward are a lot better. I think a lot will come down to how much do you want to spend? We have the JumpSport 370 pro and 570 pro and are very happy with both. taylorsmithbr I don’t know how many did you burn 😀 This is a very difficult question for me to answer I’m afraid. Shape, height, weight, and mainly the amount of effort you choose to put into this workout will all be contributing factors to how many calories an individual burns. You cannot put a number on it as it would be false advertising. Very sorry and hope you understand my reasons for not wanting to reply with a definate figure. Deana Gonnsen I cant comment on this because I’ve never used a Bellicon trampoline but I do know that this JumpSport trampoline is the nicest one I’ve used so far! 😊

Deana Gonnsen well everything is personal preference. I do know that Bellicon are very expensive but I also know that a lot of research goes into the JumpSport trampolines so I’m sure they are very high on the quality as well. 😊

I don't understand how everyone can jump or what you call bounce on a rebounder. I have major back issues. My feet do not leave the mat in my bounce.

Denise D if you have back issues then just take things at your own pace. It doesn’t matter that your feet don’t leave the mat if it works for you and you are happy with what you are achieving then that’s great. Everyone has different abilities and that’s what so great about the Rebounding, you can do whatever suits you. Well done and keep going 😊
