Even though I'm not partial to mushrooms, it looks like a very hearty meal, and I'd give it a go 👍. Reminds me of a chicken pot pie, except ours has peas, and diced carrots in it.. My late wife would always poach (boil) the chicken breasts when making homemade chicken noodle soup. The potatoes sound good also. :) What type of container did you make the pie in at home?

It was delicious! Sounds great, yes we like poached chicken. You could make it in a pan and transfer to a baking dish when you put it in the oven or do the whole thing in a cast iron pot 🙌
