We are a family of 10 that owns a poultry farm and we also have hundreds of field that we hate cell to people and also use for our Clydesdale horses that we also raise.
My husband was raised on a dairy farm, so runs in his blood, and his grandpa was a farmer, and his uncles were a farmer. My husband loves being in the field, spending time on tractors
When we got married, I told my husband I was not going to be a farmer, but then now I have 4000 chickens because of me not him and I absolutely love it

My husband and I pack our meals in the morning and are gone all day when we’re in the fields. Our kids are all grown and gone so we’re on our own again. What I wouldn’t do to see you coming in the field with a delicious meal all ready to go! Your family is so lucky they have you!

I always loved to watch my dad bale hay ,but not putting it away lol it is so hot up in a hay barn. I would go out with my mom she had a food wagon and she would set it up in the hay field with umbrellas ,chairs tables ,plenty of water ,drinks ,and food. She would park the wagon then go back in the afternoon for a repeat of the drinks,etc. I miss those days. Thanks for the video it brought back a great memories.❤❤❤

I’d pull up at the side of the field and ring a cowbell to let them know I was there! I’d put tomatoes slices and onion slices in containers and bring condiment containers and let everyone fix their own-no soggy bread that way!! In the morning, I’d put drinks in the freezer before starting the lunches, that way they’d be super cold when they get them!! Might be slightly less work for you that way!! Just an idea…

You are bringing back so many memories for me. We had chickens. But, nothing like your production. Instead of horses, we had cattle, sheep, goats, and rabbits. All of us are cousins and would have to go out to grandma's and work with everything along with be runners for grandma with meals for our Uncle's. All of this was back in the 70s. We would try to catch one of them on a radio. But, if they were in certain areas, they would not hear us. I miss those days. Watching your channel just brings everything back. Try to stay cool. I love baling, we do square, I help my daughter and her husband at times, they use a stack wagon that picks up the bales and takes it back to the barn. All their fields are complete for the hay, and their fields are now growing soy beans. It was a pretty hurry up and get it done deal this year! It’s so relaxing baling. Lol

We had a local farmer in his 30s who was just killed doing this. He had a big square bale fall on him. It wasn't his first rodeo. This is what they did. So be careful. Anything can happen at anytime.
