He probably owns the company and only draws 108k salary for tax purposes His corporation is taxed one way and he is taxed separately. Or he does make $108k but has been for decades and owns real estate under an LLC which is owned by his trust that he controls. So even though he controls the funds they aren’t his for tax purposes. Allowing him to say he only makes $108k (just enough so he can finance a car or mortgage ) but the rest is taxed at a corporate rate but he still has control of the cash. Then he writes of the trips for business expenses anyways and says the $4k was for client engagement etc. So many ways…. Those were just off the top of my head

You don't know that she lied to him. She might very well have been on birth control and it just didn't work for whatever reason. And I see you putting the blame on her a lot here. It takes two to make a baby. He had to have been having sex with her knowing that he was married. He's just as guilty as she is. And remember the baby? The mom now has to pay for the baby 100% because clearly dad isn't interested in doing anything to help out. Thus child support.
