@BMW BIW Munich from an international BMW plant: 1. We are hemming the rear wheelhouse arch in FR 3 2. After a geo line usually a respot line follows 3. We call it stud welding 4. We measure in our CMM room specific sections and assys/subassys. 5. We approach a measuring point to ensure the quality (AWK/FMK) 6. The bodyshop finishing department is called MF (metal finish). 7. Usually we mount a fender. 8. After assemly of HOP as well as assembly parts such as front lights, head lights, front bumper, rear bumper, the gap and flush measurement shall meet our standard requirements. 9. We mount the tailgate in our finish lines Anyhow, big thx for the insights of plant 1.

Very awesome and interesting video. Love the BMW M series, i have 2 BMW E30 myself, which are not M, one 2 door 318is and 4 door 1.6 which are really awesome and iconic cars to the era.
