We Are Steinway - Luise Jäckle

Luise Jäckle knew at school that she was interested in crafts and music. A friend suggested she become a piano maker, which would prove a life-changing experience. Today, she works in the tuning department at Steinway & Sons Hamburg, where she is involved in pre-voicing.
She emphasizes the high-quality standards in her profession and the importance of working with her colleagues and managers. The daily work helps her sharpen her focus and concentration, as well as practice mindfulness. These qualities are important to her not only in her professional work but also in her private life.
Working as a piano maker has thus positively affected her professional and personal life, and she values the skills she has developed.
