Just wondering, which ones of you are among the one-third to one-half who are completely unqualified?

Can anyone at the UCLA DEPT of NEUROSURGERY interpret this statement on an MRI: 'C3-C4 - There is a diffuse disc osteophyte with bilateral uncovertebral and facet changes. There is mild central canal stenosis with moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis.'

Means pain.

Is Lyrica good for this pain?

No, almost no one in the UCLA Dept. of Neurosurgery knows what any of that means. If you're even still alive, you're on your own.

It basically means that the discs in your vertebrae have kind of changed shape; something that is normal as you age. Central stenosis and foraminal stenosis means that the canal which the spinal cord and its nerve roots is slightly narrowed. This can cause pain, but doesn't have to. mild stenosis definitely doesn't necessarily cause pain, if you would scan 1000 people you would find many people with stenosis who experience 0 complaints. But if you have pain radiating to your arms then that could be caused by stenosis.
